Flee Stool

Made in RAAW
Flee Stool is a furniture product designed & produced in our Fotanian workshop.
The chair was a result of up-cycling wood veneers which were leftover veneer works donated by veneer supplier.
We accidentally laminated the veneers with resin and CNC milled it into a stool pedestal.
For the legs we then looked at the simple canton steel folding chairs. These were the ones found at the old cheap market food stalls and the ones gangsters used to fight with. We then modified the legs of the stool, making it slender and pointy - much like a tiny little creatures legs to walk on.
Well, it looked like a flee, so that was its name.
