After being put up to a new challenge, RAAW was attempting to house its new office in Causeway bay. A tiny 50sqm apartment, was split into two, half for the office and half for Ricci's family. The apartment included a 10sqm kitchen & bathroom, a 20sqm office area, and a 20sqm home space. RAAW faced its own criticism: how can a designer improve a family's living condition, with a house full of six extra staff and its four family members. Without a magic wand of pricey construction, like achieved for Michelle & Andy's famous transformable apartment in Central, 2015, Ricci needed to confront his own design skills with a super tight budget of less than US$20,000.
