This apartment was first renovated in 2009 by Jason Carlow & Ricci Wong. This was a recent upgrade and refurbishment of the existing design into a new guest/study room. New bold green and blue colors were picked for accent colors in the master bedroom and guestroom, mixed with dark grey main tones. The exterior wall of the bathroom was built with strained bamboo flooring which included a pair of fully opening doors into the master bedroom.

The owner is a photographer himself for leisure who creates beautiful works himself. Moments of time are enhanced with a professional spotlight system which gives the apartment an extraordinary artistic sensation.

The original TV room was converted into a study and guestroom setting with fully openable sliding glass pane doors. Thanks to the transformable bed, this room can be transformed into a study area when the guests are out.
