Hollowed Lamp

This is a recycled hardwood custom made table lamp, oiled by Osmo hardwood oil. The history of this piece is exposed in the wood, recorded in the deep fabric and surface grain and form. 

This lamp was designed in our Fotanian workshop.  Much like the layers found in nature produced by the ocean, the stunning hardwood reveales its old life. The ocean has hollowed out the interior creating a void as if it was made for light to be stored within. We cleverly thought of turning into a lamp.

This product contains natural imperfections in its wood grain due to its own age, cracks and grain direction. Color may vary. We return and refund within 30 days of purchase if damage occurs due to its structural integrity.
